Delighted to have Apollo Cloud's growth story featured in Bdaily - https://bdaily.co.uk/articles/2026/07/14/three-the-magic-number-as-commtech-firm-expands

Three years, 300 customers and our third office move. It is fair to say that three really is the magic number for Apollo Cloud.

As we celebrate our third anniversary, we are also marking two significant milestones: welcoming Leeds-based Commerson Estate Management as our 300th customer and moving into our new home at Calls Wharf in Leeds city centre.

Together, these achievements reflect how far Apollo Cloud has come in a relatively short time and provide the foundations for the next phase of our growth.

From start-up to 300 customers

Apollo Cloud was established with a clear ambition: to provide businesses with modern communications technology, backed by genuinely personal service and support.

Today, we provide cloud telephone systems, unified communications, business mobiles and internet connectivity to organisations across the UK.

Our customers operate in a wide range of sectors, including professional services, education, logistics, healthcare, recruitment, property and finance. While their requirements may differ, they share a need for reliable technology and responsive support from people who understand their businesses.

Reaching 300 customers within three years is a milestone that makes us incredibly proud. It reflects the trust our customers place in us and the hard work of every member of the Apollo Cloud team.

Our growth has been achieved through a combination of new customer relationships and strategic expansion, including our acquisition of Harrogate-based Xi Communications in October 2025.

Welcoming our 300th customer

We are delighted that Commerson Estate Management has become our 300th customer.

Commerson is a growing Leeds-based estate management business responsible for an expanding portfolio of residential developments. Reliable and consistent communication is essential to keep its teams connected and help them deliver an outstanding service to residents, clients and contractors.

Apollo Cloud has provided an integrated communications solution across the Commerson portfolio, including our Comms X cloud telephone system, internet connectivity and business mobile services.

The project brought together colleagues from across both organisations, from initial planning and implementation through to training and ongoing support.

Commerson Estate Management said:

“As our business has grown, we needed a communications partner that could grow with us. Apollo Cloud has delivered a reliable, modern solution across our portfolio, and the service we’ve received has been exceptional.

“The team has been responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly, far exceeding our expectations. From sales through to implementation and support, everyone knew exactly what was happening, making the entire project feel seamless and well managed.”

The fact that both Apollo Cloud and Commerson are headquartered in Leeds makes the milestone even more special. We firmly believe in supporting local businesses wherever possible, and it is fantastic to see two ambitious Yorkshire organisations working together.

Jonathan Marsden, Apollo Cloud Co-founder and CEO, said:

“We’re incredibly proud that Commerson Estate Management has become our 300th customer. Reaching this milestone with another Leeds business makes it even more special.

“We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Commerson team as they grow, ensuring they have the communications technology and support they need every step of the way.”

A new home for our next phase

Our growing customer base has been accompanied by continued investment in our team, systems and operational capabilities.

To support that growth, we recently relocated to larger premises at Calls Wharf in Leeds city centre. This is our third office move in three years and gives us the space and infrastructure required to continue expanding.

The new office provides an excellent working environment for our team, more space to collaborate and a strong base from which to welcome customers and partners.

Michelle Atkinson, Apollo Cloud Co-founder and COO, said:

“Reaching 300 customers in three years is an achievement we’re very proud of and a testament to the hard work of the entire team, but we’re not stopping there.

“The infrastructure we now have in place puts us in a strong position for further growth, both organically and through future acquisitions. Relocating to Calls Wharf gives us the space we need for this next phase.

“These are exciting times at Apollo Cloud.”

Powered by people

Although our services are built around technology, our success has always been powered by people.

It is our team’s knowledge, commitment and personal approach that allow us to deliver the level of service our customers expect. It is also the support of our customers, partners and wider Yorkshire business community that has helped us reach this point.

Three years and 300 customers represent an important milestone, but this is only the beginning of the next chapter.

We have ambitious plans for Apollo Cloud and look forward to helping many more organisations stay connected, productive and ready for growth.
