As we close the chapter on 2025, it feels like the right time to share a few thoughts on what has been a demanding, rewarding and defining year for Apollo Cloud.
If 2025 taught us anything, it is that sustainable growth comes from clarity of purpose, consistency of delivery and putting people first.
A year of meaningful growth
Throughout 2025, we continued to grow in a way that felt deliberate and grounded. We welcomed new customers across a wide range of sectors, many of whom came to us not just for technology, but for reassurance, expertise and a partner they could trust.
A major milestone this year was the acquisition of Xi Communications Limited, a business with a strong reputation, loyal customer base and a team whose values closely mirror our own. Bringing Xi Communications into the Apollo Cloud Group expanded our regional presence and, most importantly, added experienced people who share our commitment to excellent service. The transition was carefully managed to ensure continuity for customers, while unlocking access to broader expertise and deeper support.
Alongside this, we continued to invest in strengthening our core unified communications platform, enhancing resilience, security and scalability. These improvements were driven directly by customer feedback and real-world use cases, ensuring that what we delivered genuinely made day-to-day operations better for the organisations we support.

We are especially proud to have maintained consistent five-star reviews on Google, a reflection of our focus on responsiveness, reliability and clear communication.

Giving back and acting responsibly
Beyond technology and growth, 2025 reinforced something we care deeply about at Apollo Cloud: using our position to make a positive difference.
This year, we were proud to continue supporting Candlelighters, a charity that provides vital support to children with cancer and their families across Yorkshire. Whether through fundraising, practical help or simply showing up when needed, this partnership reflects our belief that businesses should play an active role in supporting their local communities.
Alongside this, we strengthened our commitment to environmental responsibility through our tree planting programme with Tree-Nation. In 2025, we passed a significant milestone, having planted over 2,200 trees to date. To put that into perspective, this equates to an area of woodland roughly the size of three full-size football pitches.
While we know tree planting alone is not the answer, it is one tangible way we can offset part of our environmental impact and contribute to longer-term sustainability. It is a programme we remain committed to growing as the business continues to evolve.

This year saw continued investment in our people, particularly following the integration of the Xi Communications team into Apollo Cloud. New roles were introduced, skills developed and responsibilities expanded as the business evolved.
We strengthened internal processes, brought key functions in-house and ensured we had the right foundations in place to support future growth. The dedication, professionalism and care shown by the Apollo Cloud team in 2025 has been exceptional, particularly during periods of change.
